Since all items are hand made and unique,
availability of any item may change at any time. We update our web site
every day to remove sold items and add new designs. Therefore, ordering
process will be done thru email confirmations.

BUY NOW button (whenever it is available in the web site) to access order form or send us an email via Feedback/Order Form or
use your email program. Our email is sales@demircijewelry.com.
Please enter the jewelry SKU codes you are interested to buy into products
section. We will price it for you with your eligible discount level. Please enter correct email address and contact point information.
Please enter correct mailing address. We will inform you with total cost,
including shipping. IF you accept our pricing, we will send you an invoice
via PAYPAL for payment. Your items will ship out within 2 days. |

pay for your

Prices |
All
prices given on our web site are current at the time you visit the web site
and US Dollar as indicated.
The price for each product includes the product (or the set of products in
accordance with the product description) and, for storage of the product(s),
a jewelry gift box.
These prices do not include any shipping cost. We ship via FEDEX Ground within
continental USA. We
use regular mail for international shipments and non-continental USA
shipments. Buyers pay actual shipping and insurance cost.
The prices however do not include any customs, taxes and/or duties in the
destination country.

Photographic Reproduction |

DeMirci Jewelry exercises care in producing digital images that show the
products as close as reasonable to actual product. We edit pictures in
order to capture the hue of the stone and bead colors as close as possible.
However, any reproduction will have limitations, caused by the picture
taking process, image compression, and also your screen characteristics. We cannot guarantee that the image colors match the original product in
all respects. Should the product not meet your satisfaction because of
differences to the images you saw, you may return the product under our
PRODUCT RETURN GUARANTEE in accordance with the terms and conditions. |

DeMirci Jewelry selects the raw materials from qualified and personally
selected sources. We take all reasonable effort to ensure a
consistent and reliable material quality, within the scope of the
vendor's material specifications. However, we depend to some degree on the
vendor's statements, which is why we exercise care in selecting reliable
partners with a good business record. We guarantee that all material
specifications given in our web site complies with the vendors material
specifications. We also take great care in our hand-manufacturing of the
product.
In case you believe you have a justified reason to apply for this guarantee,
please send us a written notification by e-mail of your claim, describing
the defect, and return the product (date of arrival at DeMirci Jewelry) within
the seven (7) days guarantee period. We ensure you that we want to provide
our customers with the best quality/price relation, and we will do any
commercially reasonable effort to resolve any justified claim to your full
satisfaction.

Product Return Guarantee |

It is very rare
that our products not exceed your expectations. However, if for any reason
you are
not satisfied with our product upon delivery, we provide you with a PRODUCT RETURN GUARANTEE, according to
which you may return the product to us in its original packaging, shipping
prepaid and insured, together with our invoice, within a period of 7 (seven)
calendar days after the day you had received the product. For effectiveness
of the PRODUCT RETURN GUARANTEE please send us an e-mail notification within
the 7-days period that you want to return the product and indicate the date
on which you commit to ship the product, and we will provide you with a
return authorization code (RAC). The recorded date of shipment (your
delivery to the shipping agent) must be within the 7-days period. Please
note down the RAC on the shipment. Subject to the product being returned
undamaged in original condition, we will refund your purchase payment in
full, including your shipping expenses for the original delivery, by the
payment form mutually agreed upon. |
